Joey Andrew Young, who resided in Rudy, Arkansas, died Wednesday July 29, 2020, at his home. He was born May 22, 1959, in Gilmer, Texas, to Andrew Milton Young and Janice (Davis) Young. He was 61 years old. He was preceded in death by his father, Andrew Milton Young.

Joey was a heavy equipment operator for Upshur County in Gilmer, Texas and was an U.S. Navy veteran.

He is survived by his wife of almost 26 years, Tammiejo (Holsted) Young; two sons, Joseph Young and Dustin Holsted; two daughters, Amanda Gail Young and Elisha Marie Borden; his mother, Janice Logsdon; two sisters, Teresa McDonald and Donna LaCosta; ten grandchildren.
