Joann Rachel Winter, who resided in Hartford, Arkansas, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2026, at her home. She was born on December 29, 1953, in Gulfport, Florida, to the late Millard Lumbertson Keller and Ann (Laurie) Keller. She was 72 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Marvin Winter.
