Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at the Brotherton Brothers Funeral Chapel in Charleston, Arkansas. Interment will be at Nixon Cemetery, just east of Charleston. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 Tuesday night at the funeral home in Charleston.

Joan was born August 2, 1942 in Beattie, Kansas. She was the co-owner of the Busy Bee Chidren's Store in Barling, Arkansas , a member of the VFW ladies Auxillary and was the Associate Matron of Order of Eastern Star Chapter 16 in Charleston; member of the Barling Chapter 615. Joan was of the Catholic Faith.

She is survived bt her husband, Harvey of the home; her father Felix Finnigin of Beattie, Kansas
One son; Wayne Riley of Charleston.
Two Grandsons; Derrick and Jacob Riley.

Pall Bearers will be Travis Smith, Nathan Smith, Pete Morgan, Chris Vendel, Chuck Dalton and Elton Smith.
