Jacqueline Joyce Whitecotton-Pool of Paris, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on July 22, 1970, in Paris to Bobby Richard Whitecotton and Linda (Walker) Whitecotton. She was 54 years old. She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Whitecotton; her husband, Kenneth Pool; and her step-father, David Tilden.

J.J. was a 1988 graduate of County Line High School, and for over 12 years, she was a cake decorator at Harps Grocery Store in Paris. She loved her family very much and will be missed by everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her children, Destinee Pool and Braxton Pool, both of Paris; her mother, Linda Tilden of the Etna Community; three sisters, Barbara Whitecotton of Paris, Holly St. Martin of Pierce City, Missouri, and Michelle Kirby and husband Mike of the Peter Pender Community; two brothers, Richard Whitecotton and Michael Tilden, both of Ratcliff; and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
