Jimmy Ray Burnette, who resided in Paris, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2019, in his home. He was born December 1, 1944, in Morrilton, Arkansas, to the late Ina Spradling. He was 74 years old.

Jimmy was a construction supervisor for 37 years, and was of the Protestant faith.

Funeral service, will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 4th, at Brotherton Brothers Funeral Chapel in Paris with burial at Baxley Cemetery, Paris, Arkansas under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home of Paris.

He is survived by his wife, Betty of the home; a daughter, Darlene Mitchell and husband Johnny of Witcherville; a son, Michael Burnette and wife Stacey of Greenwood; a brother, J. C. Burnette and wife Kathryn of Tucson, AZ; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Johnny Mitchell, Johnny Mitchell, Jr., Jim Pennington, Ricky Burnette, Michael Burnette and Justin McDade.

The family will visit with friends from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 3rd at the funeral home in Paris.
