Jeremy Sean LeRoy, who resided at Riverside Health Services in Arkoma, Oklahoma, died Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born September 11, 1972, in Altus, Oklahoma, to Bruce Lynn LeRoy and Virginia Lee Poteet LeRoy. He was 48 years old.

He is survived by his father, Bruce LeRoy and wife Judy of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; a brother, Justin Brook LeRoy and wife Garen Michelle of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and several nieces and nephews.
