Obituary
Jearl Hunt, 76, of Prairie View, died Saturday, March 8, 2008, in a Little Rock Hosptial.
He was born December 15, 1931, in Scranton to the late Carrol Hunt and Josephine Huckaby Hunt. He was a retired truck driver for Schwartz Stone Co. in Midway, and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by one son, Jearl Lynn Hunt.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Blamey Hunt of the home; daughters, Mamie Miller of Prairie View; one son, Stephen Hunt of Clarksville; two sisters, Willene Wolfrey and Iva Jean Wolfrey both of Gordonsville, Virginia; one brother, Pete Hunt of Gordonsville, Virginia; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2008, at Prairie View Cemetery. The body was cremated under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
