John Dorsey Comstock, Jr., who resided in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at Sequoyah Manor Nursing Home in Sallisaw. He was born May 30, 1945, in Portland, Oregon, to the late John Dorsey Comstock and Bessie Stamper Comstock. He was 75 years old. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Louise Barnes and Carolyn Joan Comstock; and an infant brother.

J.D. enjoyed playing the guitar, eating Reese's candy, and was an avid Oklahoma State Cowboy's fan.

He is survived by his two sisters, Frances Campbell of Sallisaw and Robin Simmons of Gulf Breeze, Florida; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews.
