Jason Boyd Smith, who resided near Paris, Arkansas, passed away Monday, February 7, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on February 11, 1972, in Upland, California, to Donnie R. Smith and Janice Carol (Helms) Smith. He was 49 years, 11 months, and 27 days old. He was preceded in death by his mother, Janice Smith.

Jason worked for Tri-State Enterprises, Inc. in Fort Smith.

He is survived by his father, Donnie Smith; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended family members.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
