Jane Ruth Collins, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Saturday, July 31, 2021, in Fort Smith. She was born October 21, 1963, in Fort Smith to Samuel Wade Harp, Sr. and Bonita Irene Quade Harp. She was 57 years old. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bonita Harp; a daughter, Leann Walker; two brothers, Nelson Harp and Samuel Wade Harp, Jr., and a sister, Carol Ann.

A memorial gathering will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 15th, at the Riverfront Park in Fort Smith.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Hearn P. Collins; four daughters, Latasha Pischke, Amanda Butler, Nichole Klich, and Tarah Collins; a son, Dustin Collins; her father, Samuel Wade Harp, Sr.; three sisters, Tammy Hill, her twin-sister, Jeannie Parks, and Annie Kline; (18) grandchildren.
