Jan Arthur Starks of Spiro, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on March 24, 1954, in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin, to Floyd Starks, Jr and Annabelle (Casetta) Stanchfield. He was 70 years old. He was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his wife, Linda (Swords) Starks; his mother, Annabelle Stanchfield; two children, Daniel Starks and Annabelle (Starks) Johnson; a sister, Kathy (Stanchfield) Johnson; and his brothers, Arron Starks and Kyle Stanchfield, both of Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin;
