Obituary

James William Molton resided in Van Buren, Arkansas, passed away Friday, August 28, 2009 at his home in Van Buren. He was born June 26, 1944 in the Roseville Community in Logan County to the late Athal Molton & Crystal Born Molton. He was 65 years old.

He was a station inspector for the Whirlpool Corporation in Fort Smith.

He is also preceded in death by three brothers, Fay, Harvey, and Gene Molton.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 2, 2009, at the Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with the Rev. Jerry Eubanks officiating the service. Burial will be at the Cecil Cemetery in Cecil, under the direction of the Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.

He is survived by his son, Brandon Molton & wife Stacy, of Lawrence, Kansas; one sister, Louise Gattis of Roseville; one brother, Bill Molton of Cecil and three grandchildren, Jordan, Taylor, & Alyssa.

Pall Bearers will be Chaun, Heath, Gunnar, Shane, David, & Jordan Molton.

Honorary Pall Bearers will be Taylor Molton, Richard Ramsey, Ron Gattis, Brian Speer, and Employees of Whirlpool.

Family visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday night at the funeral home.
