James Finney, who resided in Paris, Arkansas, passed away Friday, January 26, 2024 at Mercy Hospital in Paris. He was born on December 28, 1941, in Paris to the late Evelyn (Finney) Thomas. He was 82 years old.

James will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 31st at Gray Rock Cemetery, located north of Paris, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris. Officiating the service will be Elder Larry Moore.

He is survived by one brother, George Finney; one sister, Wilma Bryant, both of Yonkers, New York; many other relatives and friends, and the very special caregivers at the Paris Health and Rehab, where he spend most of his later years.
