Obituary

Jacqueline Amos of Pocola, Oklahoma, died Monday, April 29, 2024, at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on December 6, 1951, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to the late Jack West Amos and Gladys (Garrison) Amos. She was 72 years old. She was preceded in death by a son, Daniel Amos, and four sisters, Ruby Godwin, Quannah Hull, Jane Brown and Patricia Amos.

Jackie worked as a store clerk in many convenience stores and she also enjoyed working on a farm. She lived with her heart and so many people brought joy to her life, especially the babies she watched grow. She never forgot any of you. She like to spend time gardening, painting crafts, good meals, and seeing what everyone was up to. She was always at her best when laughing with or at you. Jackie was special to so many and sincerely will be missed.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
