Jacob Wade Sisk, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at his home. He was born on October 26, 1978, in Fort Smith to Terry A. Sisk and Diana Kay (Kelton) Sisk. He was 43 years old. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Archie Sisk, and his maternal grandparents, Jim and Doris Hise.

He is survived by a daughter, Jayden Sisk of Kansas City, Missouri; his parents, Terry and Diane Sisk of Fort Smith; a sister, Jennifer Sisk of Fort Smith; his maternal grandmother, Mary Sisk of Van Buren: and two nephews, Peyton and Maddox Perez.
