Jackie Wayne Morris of Paris, Arkansas, died Thursday, May 23, 2024, in Mercy Hospital, Paris, Arkansas. He was born on July 21, 1934, in Norphlet, Arkansas, to the late W. C. and Myrtle (Burson) Morris. He was 89 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; a son, Brad Morris; a daughter, Annette Morris;.two grandchildren, Stanley Morris, Jr. and Derek Morris.

Jackie was a retired oil field worker.

A Life Celebration will be held in September at the first Arkansas Razorback game.

He is survived by one daughter, Jan Wurst and husband Ron of Branch; one son, Stan Morris and Judy Enslen of Ratcliff; five granchildren, Natalie Foster, Jacque Morris, Zachary Wurst, Shannon Wurst and Jessica Wurst; and five great-grandchildren.
