Jack Joseph Gunzenhauser, who resided in Charleston, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2018 in his home. He was born August 18, 1947 in Omaha, Nebraska to Wendell Allen and Margaret Naomi (Nicholson) Gunzenhauser. He was 70 years old.
Jack was a commercial millwright for Frigoscandia in Belleville, Washington, a veteran of the United States Army, a lifetime member of the VFW and of the Baptist faith.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 22, 2018 at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with Bro. Kris Bolin officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at the Fort Smith National Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
He is survived by his wife JoAnn of the home; five daughters, Brenda Hutchins of Ozark, Kimberly Barker of Lapeer, MI, Sherri Jo Green of Charleston, Hope Outlaw of Melbourne, FL, Jacque Cialone of Vian, OK; one sister, Sherri Smith of Casper, WY; two brothers Richard Gunzenhauser of Hood River, OR and Wendell Allen Gunzenhauser, Jr. of Gallatin, MO; twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Family will visit with friends from 5:00 - 7:00 Thursday evening at the funeral home.
