Obituary

Ivan Odean Cauldwell, who resided in Paris, Arkansas, passed away Monday, July 4, 2011 at North Logan Mercy Hospital in Paris. He was born December 23, 1931 in the Prairie View Community in Logan County to the late Jack Cauldwell and Ilene (Thompson) Cauldwell. He was 79 years old.

Ivan was a retired Quality Control Supervisor for Cloyes Gear Company in Paris. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean and Vietnam War and member of the Southside Baptist Church in Paris.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 6th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris, with Rev. Neil Edmonson officiating.
Interment will be at St. Ignatius Cemetery in Scranton, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

He is survived by his wife, Mary of the home; three step-daughters, Cheryl Peters and husband Andy of Greenbrier, Mary Kay Baker and husband Alex of North Little Rock, and Carolyn Moore and husband Chris of Paris; two step-sons, Kevin Berry and wife Kecia of Ozark and Gary Berry and wife Brenda of Paris; two sisters, Ida Ruth Bryant and Jackilene Beck, both of Scranton; four brothers, Russell Cauldwell of Tull, Arkansas, Billy Cauldwell of Stephens, Arkansas, Darrell Cauldwell of North Little Rock, and Bobby Cauldwell of Scranton; (14) step-grandchildren and (9) step-great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Josh Bradley, Jared Petz, Kramer and Branson Berry, Seth Peters, and Will Baker.

Family will visit with friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday night at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southside Baptist Church in Paris.
