Ivan Francis Burns, who resided in Alma, Arkansas, died Tuesday, November 19, 2019, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born December 31, 1957, in McKinnleyville, California, to Floyd and Lou Ann (Shinn) Burns. He was 61 years old.

Rick was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a Tow Truck Driver.

He is survived by two sons, Jonathon Burns of Alma and Chris Burns of Eureka, California; seven grandchildren, Jonathon Burns, Jr., Arabella Decker, Michael Decker, Luke Burns, Rosalyn Burgess, Dean Burns and Maxwell Burns; and one great-grandchild, Daniel Wagnor.
