Obituary
Harvey J. Riley resided in Charleston, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2009, in a Fort Smith hospital. He was born November 23, 1930 in Darlington, Missouri to the late Elias N. Riley and Abigail D. Collins Riley. He was 78 years old.
He was a 20 year retired Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War, member of the National Lodge #155 in Charleston and member of the VFW in Fort Smith.
He is also preceded in death by his wife, Joan Riley.
Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 20, 2009, at the Nixon Cemetery in Charleston, with "Full Military Honors", under the direction of the Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.
Officiating the service will be the Rev. Eddie Blankenship.
He is survived by his son, Wayne Riley & wife Carrie, of Charleston; two grandsons, Derrick & Jacob Riley; one niece, Judy Pulliam and three nephews, Roy, Lynn, and Lonnie Collins.
Family visitation will be 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the funeral home.
