Harold Dean Steed, Jr., who resided in Mountainburg, Arkansas, died Saturday, January 22, 2022, at his home. He was born on August 30, 1955, in Dallas, Texas, to the late Harold Dean Steed, Sr. and Imogene (Mitchell) Steed. He was 66 years old. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Austin Dean Steed, and a sister, Dorothy Atwell.

Harold Dean was a retired construction worker for Forsgren, Inc. in Fort Smith.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 28th at 2038 Holly Winn Lane, Van Buren, AR  72956.

He is survived by his wife of almost 48 years, Donna (Kovalck) Steed; two sons, Harold Dean Steed, III and wife Jennifer of Van Buren and Joshua Ronald Steed of Salem, Oregon; a sister, Deanna Richisin and husband Marvin of Van Buren; a granddaughter, Cynthia Steed of Van Buren.
