Gerald Stephen Pereira, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Tuesday, November 10, 2020, in Fort Smith. He was born April 7, 1962, in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, to Stephen P. Pereira and Philomina Stephen Rozario. He was 58 years old.

Gerald was a registered nurse at Select Hospital in Fort Smith and member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Fort Smith.

He is survived by his children, Simon Pereira of Fort Smith and Elisha Pereira of Jacksonville, Florida; his mother, Philomina Stephen Rozario; three sisters, Margaret Culas, Patricia Pereira and Ann Smith, all of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; three brothers, Ignatius Pereira and Pascal Stephen, both of Fort Smith, and Terrance Pereira of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and three grandchildren.
