It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our Dad, Grady Eugene Chesney, on July 13th, 2025, at the age of 87 in Booneville, Arkansas.

Grady was preceded in death by his wife Bonnie Jean Chesney, his Sweetie. He is survived and will be missed by one son and four daughters; Steven, Bobbi, Jodi, Jill, and Tammy. He will be forever cherished by his 8 grandchildren, Caleb, Cara, Aubre, Grace, Sarah, Ashley, Dylan, and Bailey. As well as 9 great-grandchildren.

He was a devoted and hardworking man, known for his dedication to his family and his community. A loyal friend and the best neighbor anyone could ask for, he was always willing to lend a helping hand or share a good story.

A true jack of all trades, he had a gift for fixing things and loved to tinker—whether in the garage, around the house, or under the hood of a car. His passion for classic cars was matched only by his love for sports, both of which brought him great joy throughout his life. He battled cancer, he lived with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, a progressive and debilitating condition, yet never let it define or deter him. His strength, resilience, and determination were evident in everything he did. Despite the physical challenges, he remained active, engaged, and
devoted to the things he loved. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know him.
