Gary Don Ramsey resided in Paris, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at his home. He was born May 31, 1957 in San Jose, California to Don R. Ramsey and Jane Yvonne (Lucas) Ramsey. He was 53 years old.

He was preceded in death by his father, Don R. Ramsey.

Gary was a consultant for New Prospect Company in Fort Smith.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 10th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris, with Rev. Delmar Krigbaum officiating. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Paris, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

He is survived by his wife Brenda, of the home; two daughters, Renae Hodges & husband Delbert of Ratcliff and Tanya Krigbaum & husband J.C. of the Driggs Community; his mother, Jane Ramsey of Paris; one sister, Sandy Rice of Paris; one brother, Terry Ramsey of Paris; five grandchildren, MaRya Watkins, Layla Kimbrough, Harley, Brooklyn, and Dayton Krigbaum.

Pallbearers will be Randy Sheppard, Mike Moore, Rusty Jones, Gary Davidson, John Farnam, Steve Farnam, Mike Daniel, and George White.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Gary's Oil Field Friends and Family.

Family will visit with friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday night at the funeral home.
