Frederick John Levine, of Lavaca, Arkansas, died Friday, April 15, 2022, at his home. He was born on December 5, 1940, in Michigan City, Indiana, to the late Frederick William Levine and Sophie (Skierkowski) Levine. He was 81 years old. He was preceded in death by a twin brother.

Frederick was in the U.S. Marine Corps and United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He worked for Phillip's corporation in control data and has been all over the world.

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen (Oakes) Levine; three children, Tom, Tim, and Tammy Levine; two brothers, Richard Levine of Michigan City, Indiana, and Robert Levine and wife Ellen of Fairfield, California.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
