Freddy Joseph Clinard of Central City, Arkansas, died Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith. He was born on March 29, 1945, in Central City to the late Joseph Clinard and Lillian Smith Clinard. He was 77 years old. He was preceded in death by his wife, Reba Jane (Graham) Clinard; three sons, Dal, Darren, and Donovan Clinard; two brothers, Connie Clinard and Bob Decker; and a sister, Virginia Decker.

Freddy was a retired carpenter and was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by a daughter, Laurie Cummings and husband Tim of Lavaca; a son, Darrell Clinard of Central City; two sisters, Doris Neihouse and husband John of Central City and Patricia Friedline of Little Rock; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
