Frederick John Swackhamer, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away, Sunday, December 5, 2021, at his home. He was born on July 12, 1959, in Annapolis, Maryland, to the late Gerald Eugene Swackhamer and Nancy Jane (Horning) Swackhamer Phillips. He was 62 years old. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Jo Ellen (Turner) Bergeron and Lori Lynn (Horning) Moleski.

He is survived by two sisters, Terri Ann (Turner) Jenkins and Denna Sue (Turner) Rich.
