Frankie Bruce Palmer, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, August 4, 2018, in Fort Smith. He was born August 8, 1966, in Mesa, Arizona, to the late Preston Porter Palmer and Callie Ellie (DuVall) Palmer. He was almost 52 years old.
He previously worked as a truck driver for Master-Made Ready Mix Company in New Blaine.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa (Stovall) Palmer; two daughters, Jessica Henderson and husband Bradley of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Tatum French and husband Blane of Paris; two sons, Bruce Palmer of Russellville and Preston Tabler of Ozark; three sisters, Theresa Justice of Russellville, Annette Bewley of Atkins and Katalena Palmer of Russellville; two brothers Eddie Palmer of Fort Smith and Bill Ennis of Russellville.
There will be a private family held memorial service at a later date.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
