She was born April 10, 1949 in Houston, Texas to Farrell Richardson and to the late Maggie Lou (Bland) Richardson. She was 61 years old.
She was a retired school teacher for the Fort Smith and Lavaca Public School System. She was a Sunday School Teacher, Bible School Teacher, member of the Lavaca First Baptist Women's Ministry and member of the Lavaca First Baptist Church.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 16th, at the Lavaca First Baptist Church, with Dr. Danny Forshee and the Rev. Tony Buchanan officiating. Graveside service will be at 5:00 p.m. Friday evening at the Lono Cemetery near Malvern, Arkansas, under the direction of the Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.
She is survived by her husband, Glenn Headley; three sons, Rob Headley & wife Paige of Lavaca, Mark Headley & wife Dasha of Lavaca, and Tyler Headley of the home; her father, Farrell Richardson of Malvern; four sisters, Becky Senisse & husband Jorge of Indianapolis, Indiana, Phyllis Hunt & husband Mark of Hot Springs, Leisa McElroy & husband Todd of Bismark, and Debbie Baker & husband Darrell of Malvern; six grandchildren, Kahle Harned, Ashley Headley, Corey Harned, Payton Headley, Hayden Headley, and Hope Headley.
Pallbearers will be DeWayne Jones, Ted Applegate, Dr. Bob Ward, Randall Whitlock, Jerry Denton, and Kevin Dunn.
Honorary Pallbearers will be the Glenn & Frances Headley Sunday School Class.
Family will visit with friends 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday night at the Lavaca First Baptist Church.
