Floyd Eugene McMasters, who resided near Ozark, Arkansas, formerly of Quinlan, Texas, passed away Saturday, September 27, 2014 near Ozark. He was born August 25, 1938 in Canton, Pennsylvania to the late William McMasters and Jessie (Allen) McMasters. He was 76 years old. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Carrie Mae (Allen) McMasters; one daughter, Sandra Borden; one sister, Pauline Jeffers; and one brother, Bill McMasters.

Floyd was a retired truck driver and was a cook in the U.S. Army.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 4th, at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Irving, Texas, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris, Arkansas.

He is survived by one daughter, Ella Terry and husband Jeff of Ozark, Arkansas; two sons, Dwayne McMasters and Mitchell McMasters, both of Houston, Texas; one sister, Mary Stokes of Houston, Texas; two brothers, Bill McMasters and Sidney McMasters, both of Houston, Texas; twelve grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Joey McPherson, Michael Terry, Jeff Terry, Ronnie Haney, Glenn Borden, and Wayne Poil.
