Evan Daniel Langston, who resided in Cecil, Arkansas, passed away Monday, November 26, 2012, in Logan County. He was born September 29, 1987 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Gary Wayne Langston and Dedrea Jean (Wright) Langston. He was 25 years old.

Evan was preceded in death by his brother, Dustin Langston; his paternal grandfather, Wayne Langston; his maternal grandfather, Ray Wright, and maternal step-grandfather, Ken Huffman.

Evan was owner and operator of Evan's Used Tires in Ozark. He was an All-State Basketball Player, an avid hunter, fisherman, and sportsman, and member of Cecil United Methodist Church.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 1st, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston. Burial will be at Berkley Cemetery in Cecil, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.

Officiating the service will be Mr. Steve Breedlove.

He is survived by his fiancee and her two children, Alisha Loney, Aiden, and Addison of Lavaca; his father, Gary Langston of Cecil; his mother, Dedrea Langston of Ozark; his paternal grandmother, Mary Ann Langston of Cecil; his maternal grandmother, Eula Huffman of Caulksville; one niece, Kaydance Elliott; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Nolan Hawkins, Clint Walker, Casey Brown, Shawn Wright, David Ewing, and Eric Spicer.

Family will visit with friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday night at the funeral home.

On April 30th, 2013, Evan and Alisha are expecting a baby boy, who is going to be named Evan "Cash" Daniel Langston. In lieu of flowers, family ask donations be made to Evan "Cash" Daniel Langston, in loving memory of his father, Evan Langston @ PO Box 192 Charleston, AR 72933.
