Obituary

Eva Lee Cameron, who resided in Paris, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2016, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born July 24, 1924 in Logan County near Paris to the late Johnny Harger and LaVenia (Shelton) Harger. She was almost 92 years old. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ray Cameron; one daughter, Alta Boncheff; two sons, Carl Cameron and Jasper Cameron; one grandchild, three great-grandchildren; her four brothers, John, Arden, Buford and Warner Harger and seven sisters, Ina Birkhead, Ruby Jones, Mentol Zeiler, Dela Harger, Alta Lefler, Gladys Smith, and Voisy Adams.

Eva was a homemaker. She was a member of Eastern Star, and she was a Protestant.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 15th, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris. Burial will follow at Baxley Cemetery in Paris, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

She is survived by one daughter, Joyce (Cameron) Beshears of Paris; one son, John Cameron of the home; 17 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Ryan Boncheff, Van Powell, Daxton Beshears, Dawson Beshears, Evan Walker, and Eli Boatman.

Family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday night at the funeral home in Paris.
