Emily Robinson began her journey on July 22, 1950 and it came to an end on November 23, 2015. She was 65 years, four months, and one day old. She was the youngest daughter of the late Ira Wilson and Angul (Dodson) Wilson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Allen Robinson; and one brother, Patrick Wilson.

Emily was a hairdresser at Town & Country Beauty Salon in Lavaca for 38 years and she was a 1968 graduate of Lavaca High School.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 28th, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with the Rev. Randy Moore officiating. Burial will be at Oak Valley Cemetery, located south of Lavaca, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

She is survived by her son, Heath Allen Robinson of Lavaca; three sisters, Wanda Collins and husband Ernie of Greenwood, Carolyn Thomas of El Dorado, and Selma Green of Lavaca; her sister-in-law, Irene Pixley and husband Jim of Barling; her brother-in-law, Darrell Robinson and wife Debbie of Fort Smith; one grandson, Wesley Robinson and fiancee´ Lacey Danyell of Mansfield; one great-granddaughter, Emma Noel Robinson; several nieces and nephews and a friend to all of her ladies at the Town & Country Beauty Shop in Lavaca.

Family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.
