Elton McKenzie Makuaole of Farmersville, Texas, formerly of Subiaco, passed away Sunday, September 26, 2010 at Medical City Hospital near Dallas. He was born September 26, 1962 in Bowie, Texas to George Makuaole and Virginia (Tadlock). He was 48 years old.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia (Tadlock) Dean.

Elton was disabled and was of the Assembly of God faith.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 29th, at the Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris, with the Rev. J.W. Glidewell and Bro. Dan Ray Core officiating. Interment will be at McKendree Cemetery, north of Subiaco, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

He is survived by his wife, Kim, of the home; two daughters, Leilani Walker & husband Preston of the Peter Pender community and Kiele Woodruff of Dallas, Texas; his father, George Makuaole of Oahu, Hawaii; two sisters, Cecilia Cummins of Subiaco and Denise Dean of Paris; two brothers, Cecil Lemons of Paris and Eddie Lemons of Elk City, Oklahoma; his maternal grandmother, Arlie Weaver of Nocona, Texas and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Corey Cummins, Casey Howard, Preston Walker, Marty Lowrey, Chad Lemons, and Mitchell Lemons.

Honorary Pallbearer will be Zachary Walker.

Family will visit with friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday night at the funeral home.
