Obituary

Elsie Mae Wilson, who resided in Dardanelle, Arkansas, formerly of Charleston, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2015 in Dardanelle. She was born March 16, 1930 in Purcella, Oklahoma to the late George Wesley LaMaster and Allie Mae (McNabb) LaMaster. She was almost 85 years old. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Rev. Bill J. Wilson, and one brother, Raymond LaMaster.

Elsie was a minister's wife. She was a charter member of International Pentecostal Holiness Church in Northern California and along with husband, founded Mission Valley Church in Fremont, California. Elsie attended New Life Church in Russellville, Arkansas and was a member of Cecil United Methodist Church in Cecil, Arkansas.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 13th, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris, with Pastor Mark Pagley officiating. Burial will be at Cecil Cemetery in Cecil, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

She is survived by her daughter, Karen Hinshaw and husband Gary of Dardanelle; one son, Vern Wilson-Delucci of Rogers; her daughter-in-law, Ann Wilson of Charleston and Fred Wilson-Delucci of Rogers; one sister, Lauretta Handsen of Marysville, California; two brothers, Dennis LaMaster of Longview, Texas and Don LaMaster of Fresno, California; six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and four great great-grandsons.

Pallbearers will be Vern Wilson-Delucci, Nathan Wilson, Gary Hinshaw, David Fulgham, Chris Goff, and Fred Wilson-Delucci.

Family will visit with friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday night at the funeral home in Paris.
