Obituary

Edward B. Forst, who resided in Subiaco, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, September 12, 2013 in Paris. He was born October 22, 1922 in Subiaco to the late Joseph H. Forst and Mathilda (Nehus) Forst. He was 90 years old. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Rita Marie (Kirchner) Forst; two sisters and six brothers.

Edward was a carpenter and retired machinist from Cloyes Gear Company in Paris, and was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church in Subiaco.

Rosary service will be 7:45 p.m. Monday, September 16th, at St. Benedict Catholic Church in Subiaco.

Funeral mass will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 17th, at St. Benedict Catholic Church, with Father Leonard Wangler, O.S.B. officiating. Burial will be at St. Benedict Cemetery in Subiaco, under the direction of Brotherton Brotherton Funeral Home in Paris.

He is survived by four daughter, Rita Duggar and husband Jerry of Paris, Jane Scrivner and husband Johnny of Paris, Joan Watson and husband Randy of Caulksville, and Nancy May and husband Brian of Mena; one son, Edward J. Forst and wife Brenda of Paris; (18) grandchildren and (21) great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Steven Forst, David Forst, Adam Forst, Chris Scrivner, Jeremy Scrivner, and Arylan Rausch.

Honorary pallbearers will be his grandchildren.
