Edith Ann Bishop, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Sunday, November 21, 2021, at her home. She was born on March 11, 1949, in Poughkeepsie, Arkansas, to the late Earl King and Eddie Faye (Milligan) King. She was 72 years old. She was preceded in death by a son, John Bishop; a brother, Melvin King; and a sister, Kathy King.

Edith was a homemaker.

She is survived by a daughter, Paula Bishop of Fort Smith; a sister, Linda Neal of Wichita, Kansas; two grandchildren, Rolland Holt and Michacla Releford; six great-grandchildren.
