Dwayne Dwight Cowart of Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Tuesday, November 21, 2023, in Heart of Hospice Inpatient Unit at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith. He was born on June 20, 1969, in Redlands, California, to Rodney Darrell Cowart and Janiece Ann (Humphrey) Cowart. He was 54 years old. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sherri Shipman.

Dwayne was an auto mechanic.

He is survived by Kristy; his parents, Rodney and Janiece Cowart of Fort Smith; two step-daughters, Courtney Mask and Kelli White, both of Fort Smith; a sister, Charlotte Duncan of Fort Smith; and a brother, Kieth Cowart of Fort Smith.
