Dora Lou Smith of Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith. She was born on March 24, 1937, in Fouke, Arkansas, to the late Guy Morris Pate and Minnie Olive (Creamer) Pate. She was 87 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leo Smith; her late husband, Allen Neal; a son, Morris Allen Neal; and a sister, Ruth Ellen Hanson.

Dora retired from Ok Foods, Inc. in Fort Smith. She was an avid reader and the biggest Elvis Presley fan. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Fort Smith and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 1st at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston. She is survived by two daughters, Alice Keen and husband Dwight of Liberty, Oklahoma, and Melissa Price and husband Rusty of Fort Smith; (7) grandchildren; and (12) great-grandchildren.
