Donna Laverne Winder

Donna Laverne Winder of Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Sunday, June 7, 2026, at her home. She was born on October 24, 1947, in Lodi, California, to the late Raymond R. Small and Shirley Dee (Nicelonger) Small. She was 78 years old.

For many years, Donna was a seamstress.

She is survived by a daughter, Venus Mandery of Van Buren; her companion of 45 years, Tara Tarrant of Fort Smith; two grandchildren, Joshua Smith and Justin Carter; and six great-grandchildren, Autumn Smith, Kylie and Chloe, Austin Wisely, Summer Stoltz, and Aden Stoltz.
