Obituary
Donna Lois Newton resided in Bloomer, Arkansas, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, June 18, 2009, in her home. She was born November 23, 1960 in Trona, California to Murl Dean Newton and to the late Rose Mary Chastain Newton. She was 48 years old.
She was a 1978 graduate of Charleston High School and was a member of the Bloomer Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Rose Newton.
The body was cremated under the direction of the Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.
Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 23, 2009, at the Bloomer Baptist Church, with the Rev. Richard Goodrum officiating, under the direction of the Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.
She is survived by her father, Murl Newton, of Bloomer; two sisters, Brenda Niemeyer & husband Terry, of Alexander City, Alabama and Paula Binford & husband John, of Midlothian, Texas; two brothers, Rick Newton of Fort Smith and Steve Newton & wife Sherry, of Bloomer; one niece, Stephanie Turner and four nephews, Richard Newton, Cory Newton, John David Binford and Jared Binford.
Donna loved children. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Charleston Public Library @ P.O. Box 339 Charleston, AR 72933, towards the purchase of children's books.
