Donald Owen Pennington, Jr. who resided in Lavaca, Arkansas, passed away Friday, November 7, 2014 at his home. He was born April 29, 1960 in French Camp, California to the late Donald Owen Pennington, Sr. and Mary (Colley) Parker. He was 54 years old. He was preceded in death by his father.

Donald was an independent truck driver and of the Baptist faith.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. The body will be cremated under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Parker of Branch; one son, Eric Pennington of Bonanza; two daughters, Ashley Thomas of Fort Smith and Jessie Kaylor of Greenwood; three brothers, Mike Pennington of Springdale, David Pennington of Combs, and Matthew Pennington of Lavaca; three sisters, Lana Irelan of Lavaca, Donna Doney of Kansas, and Brenda Obiatt of Iowa; four grandchildren.
