Diana Jean Davis, who resided in Booneville, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at Mercy Hospice in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on April 29, 1950, in Tulsa Oklahoma, to the late John T. Ferguson and Margie (Piguet) Ferguson. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Diana grew up in Turley, Oklahoma, and attended McClain High School. There, she was a percussionist in the band and her vocal and acting abilities were showcased by her involvement in the drama program.

Later, Diana pursued a career in acting and modeling, appearing in many TV commercials, print ads, and two movies. She was also more recently a member of the international singing group, The Sweet Adelines.

Diana was a strong, independent business woman with an entrepreneurial spirit. She was a successful real estate agent and broker for eight years in the 80s and 90s. And for the last 28 years, she owned three different interior design businesses:  Interior Reflections, Diana Davis Designs, and Fresh Approach Transitions.

She had a love for music, dancing, singing, gardening, cooking, and all things beautiful. She was an avid golfer winning many tournaments over the years. She loved spending time with family and friends. Diana  ("Minnie", "Mom") brought light into any room with her smile and laugh. She will be remembered forever and dearly missed.

She is survived by her two sons, Michael Hassell and wife Kim of Booneville; Chris Hassell and wife Shelli of Owasso, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Lauren Hassell, Jared Peters, Evin Hassell, and Gavin Hassell.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
