Denzil Ray Howard of Osceola, Arkansas, formerly of Paragould and Barling, Arkansas, died Monday, April 24, 2023, at Harris Health and Rehab in Osceola. He was born on May 10, 1943, in Rector, Arkansas, to the late Johnny Howard and Beulah May (Utley) Howard. He was 79 years old.

For several years, Denzil worked at Today's Kids in Booneville and Arkansas State Tuberculosis Sanatorium in Booneville.

He is survived by a son, John Michael Howard of Barling.

A memorial graveside service and burial of cremains will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 11th at Hampton Cemetery near Branch, Arkansas.

All services are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
