Dennis Ray Price, who resided near Branch, Arkansas, died Sunday, January 18, 2026, at Washington Regional Hospice Facility  in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born on April 25, 1947, in Charleston, Arkansas, to the late Everett Ray Price and Billie June (Moffett) Price. He was 78 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Michael Price; wife, Jean Price; a brother, Ronnie Price; and a brother-in-law, James Cooper.

For many years, Dennis owned and operated Kustom Embossing, Inc. near Branch. He was a 1965 graduate of County Line High School, an avid Arkansas Razorback fan, loved fishing and hunting, and attended Mt. Hope Missionary Baptist Church. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 22nd at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with the Rev. Bill VanMeter officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Charleston, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

He is survived by his wife of over 18 years, Susie (Goldsmith) Price; two sons, Marty Price and wife Patty of Van Buren and Kris Price and wife Dawn of Greenwood; a step-daughter, Chyl Petty of Clayton, North Carolina; a sister, Pat Cooper of Charleston; a brother, David Price and wife Judy of Branch; a sister-in-law, Gina Price of Paris; (4) grandchildren, Mandy Kuykendall and husband Lance, Brittany Farrar and husband Trever, Brock Price and wife Baylee, and Emily Cline and husband Chris; (2) step-grandchildren, Jeremiah Douglas and Trentan Douglas and wife Gabby; (5) great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Shawn Price, Brock Price, Cody Price, Mark Cooper, Lance Kuykendall, and Joe Burton.

Honorary pallbearer is Trever Farrar.

The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
