Debra Lynn Bauer of Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Friday, May 10, 2024, in Heart of Hospice Unit at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith. She was born on September 9, 1965, in Santa Rosa, California, to the late Arnold Thomas Lowder and Patricia (Maki) Lowder. She was 58 years old.

For several years, Debra was a caregiver.

Debra was preceded in death by her brother, Arnold Lowder, Jr. and is survived by her daughter, Sarah Bauer of Fort Smith.
