Debbie Lynn Marshall of Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at Heart of Hospice in Fort Smith. She was born on July 29, 1961, in Davenport, Iowa, to Darryl Houston Phillips and the late Ethel Suzanne (Bird) Phillips. She was 61 years old.
