David Ray Sharp, who resided near Lavaca, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at Baptist Health in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on May 24, 1957, in Ozark, Arkansas, to the late Dallas Carter Sharp and Bernice P. (Hornbuckle) Sharp. He was 68 years old.

David was a retired auto mechanic.

He is survived by two daughters, Brandi Foster of Van Buren and Amber Motsinger and husband Cameron of Lavaca; two sons, D.J. Sharp and wife Sara of Colorado, and Dallas Blair of Texas; a brother, Thomas Sharp of Lavaca; and (16) grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
