James David Goodman, who resided in Fort Smith, died Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at Baptist Health in Fort Smith. He was born April 27, 1959, in Homestead, Florida, to the late William Goodman Jr. and Mary Diane (Lovvorn) Goodman. He was 60 years old.

David was a security officer for Boeing in Georgia and he served in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife, Kimberly (Honea) Goodman; a daughter, Tashia Gomez of Georgia; a sister, Janice Anderson of Georgia; a brother, Lynn Goodman of Georgia; two grandchildren.
