David Allen Cox, who resided in Pocola, Oklahoma, died Friday, October 3, 2025, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on November 23, 1955, in Torrance, California, to the late Robert Lee Cox and Mary Frances (Bowden) Cox. He was 69 years old.

David was a retired truck driver.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Linda (Roach) Cox; his step-children, William Worley of Fort Smith, Daniel Worley and wife Patricia of Cameron, Oklahoma, and Christian Pearl and spouse Kendra of Heavener, Oklahoma; two sisters, Anna Church of Cameron, Oklahoma, and Debra Stewart of Overgaard, Arizona; eight grandchildren, Sarah, Jack, Aria, Paisley, Kiara, William, Gabriel, and Athena.
